Hello. I have been a customer with Tre Green for many years, we always pay ahead. MISTAKE

I have been trying to get someone to call me back for over 2 weeks. I call the 800 number, which is only a call center. They tell me someone will call me, they will escalate the call and have a manager call me NO BODY CALLS>

I listen to your recording while waiting for a body to come on. it says we care about you, want your lawn to have great street appeal.

Well my lawn does not. I have bare spots all over, been over treated ow that I do not know. I have requested that a manager come and see my lawn, instead they sent Rick on Sept 19 at 6:00 at night. He came to spray and agreed that I had a problem and it needed to be seeded. He said he was going to tell his manager, Rich and Rick would call me. No call, I called the 800 number and asked for Rick to call me. NO call and it is Friday afternoon I called yesterday and asked for someone to call me. They said they would escalate the call and have a manager call me, WELL GUESS WHAT, no call

What do I do to get someone to pay attention to me? I see there is no address for the President.

Please call me back at 269-986-2786. I am a very unhappy customer with a very unhappy lawn.!!!!
