My husband and I have had service with your company for several months. We had a worker named Joe come by explained what our lawn needed, he contacted a man named Mark who worked out a quote for the year (12 months) of $545 if we paid up front, gave him our credit card info.

Started service the next day, started getting charged per service, this took place about 4 times almost $300. So decided to call. A month goes by still same situation called again and stopped them from charging.. then in May my husband and I noticed no change in out lawn.

Still weeds, patchy and tons of red ants. We called Joe and he stated he would stop by, had service again a month later and that was it. We haven't had service since July and even then our lawn and bugs are horrible. Contacted Joe by text in June to let him know we had several red ant mounds and never received anything back.

Decided to call again today since we still have an outstanding bill, and spoke to Michelle she told us we would have to pay the bills. After several texts to Joe and calls to Tru green with no response I would like to be contacted to discuss plans to fix. Michelle said she would have a supervisor contact us. Now we spoke to several of our neighborhood and they thought we were crazy to even use Trugreen as a few of them had the same issue.

We are new to the area and have used Trugreen in other states we've lived with no issues and a beautiful lawn.

So I can only hope we receive a phone call from someone. Thank you.
