Signed up for a full treatment. Told they would be out next week. Two weeks went by and no service. Dandelions are blooming nicely. Called TruGreen and was told the tech broke his ankle and they did not have a back-up. Dandelions keep growing. "When will you be out?" I ask.
"Maybe next week," replied TruGreen. "Perhaps Thursday."
Thursday comes and no service again.
Call to cancel service. Still waiting for my refund of $481. My bank has issued a suit against them for services not rendered.
A word for TruGreen, rather than wasting money mailing out fliers to attract new customers why don't you just provide outstanding service to the ones you have first?
Simply the worst customer service I have ever witnessed first hand.
