I first contacted Trugreen in July 2014 because I was getting brown spots on my lawn. Unfortunately, I was talked into a service contract and assured that my lawn would be thick and green by the end of the summer (2014) and in 2015 my lawn would be lush, green, and *** free.

I was told by the service technician that the aeration and re-seed in the Fall of 2014 would take care for the brown/bare spots.

I've called Customer Support several times and ask to speak to a manager. In April 2015, a manager did call me back (after 4 requests) and said that he would be by to look at my lawn.

Today is July 30, 2015 and the brown spots for which I was concerned in 2014 are now down to the bare dirt! Broad leaf weeds are still present (even after TWO 2015 treatments). The service technicians tell me that there is nothing they can do without a manager's approval.

DO NOT PAY A PENNY TO TRUGREEN! They are not at all interested in customer satisfaction.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

TruGreen Cons: Customer service, Dishonesty.
