I have never had problems with company before . .

. . until now. We get an outrageous bill for "grub care" and "lawn service." I sent it back they send the same bill .

. . . with same dates on it 8/6/2017 .

reduced somewhat.. Then they have the audacity to call out of Wixom, Michigan, get my husband on the phone and say they will "reduce" the bill and wanted his credit card number. They said it would "not go through." Probably because he has cancer and is on chemo he easily transposes numbers. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY CALLS AND ASKS FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER.

I have repeatedly asked for ITEMIZED BILLINGS. What part of "itemize" do they not understand?

So, once again they said they would send copies of "invoices." I will be curious to see what they send. I think the Attorney General, Consumer Affairs of Michigan should take a real CLOSE look at this company.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Preferred solution: I want an ITEMIZED BILLING.
