I agreed to purchase their lawn care treatment for summer and winterizing. This was the worst experience.

They lack integrity. They charged me more than i agreed to purchase. Several employees told me I could schedule appointments to insure that they had access. This was not true, as they give 4 hr windows for appointments.

I never would have signed up if I knew this. It took forever to get my services cancelled and to get the refund.

Three months have gone by and I am still waiting on my refund. They are horrible and I don't recommend them.

This is because TruGreen outsources their billing (Accounts Receivable). Bills are not paid nor handled through your local Branch anymore.


There Billing SUCKS also. Multiple billing, takes forever to credit account.
