TruGreen - Terrible service
I had five scheduled appointments, the automated system called and stated they would be out the next day I keep my animals in the house NO ONE ever showed I would call they apoligized stated a manager would contact me no one ever called they came out two weeks agoduring a very hot spell they burned large sections of my yard I called to complaint hey stated a service manager would come out friday I again kept the animals in the house no one came or called/ I called today and they stated there are notes that they were to send someone out but it was never scheduled I cancelled account. Very unhappy!!

I see where a disenfranchised ex-TG customer has put up a Facebook page under the heading ""Trugreen Lawnservice is terrible"". Just check it out yourselves for all of the bad customer service horror stories!! :eek :upset :sigh :( :x

same problem--call say they will be out to service --no show. I call them local and corporate office,both show it was done per their computer.
I tell them it wasn't they say they will have local manager contact me and a service supt. will call . No calls and no service after may contacting all the above 5-6 times. What is left to do?

MY PROPLEM IS 5 YEARS OLD AND HAVENT REALLY BEEN CORRECTED MY LATEST IS ALL THE YELLOW SPOTS THEY LEFT IN LAWN USEING *** AND FEED, A MRG WAS SOPOSE TO BE HERE TODAY BUT HASNT SHOWN UP, MY BILLS ARE PAID AS SOON AS I RECIEVE A BILL NOW I GET ONE SAYING I AM LATE ON MY PAYMENT which IS $10.00 MORE THAN MY CONTRACT STATES I HAVE RECIEVED 3 CALLS SAYING THEY WILL BE HERE WED TO SERVICE MY LAWN WHICH HAS ALL READY BEEN DONE 5 DAYS AGO, THIS IS NOT A RARE THING HAPPENING ITS CONSTANT THE RIGHT HAND DO NOT NO WHAT THE LEFT IS DOING .... I WATCHED THEM SPRAY A LAWN ACROSS THE STREET TODAY WHICH IS A LARGE FRONT LAWN 2 MIN TOPS THEY WERE GONE, SO THIS IS ONE CUSTOMER THEY ARE GOING TO LOOSE AND I WILL GO TO TOP TURF WHICH I HAVE SEEN WORK AND THEY REALLY SPRAY A LAWN, PROPLEM IS I BELIEVE TRUGREEN OWNS THEM LETS FACE IT THEY ARE A MONOPALY IN THIS AREA TRULY PISSED CUSTOMER 8/5/13 :(
