MY SERVICE WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO START UNTIL 6-30-17.TRUE GREEN TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES AND STARTED THE SERVICE ON 6-27-17.

I MADE SURE I CONFIRMED THIS WITH THE SALES ASSOCIATE. I NEVER SET UP AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS, HOWEVER MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM AN ACCOUNT THAT I USED WITH THEM IN 2011. I NEVER AUTHORIZED PAYMENT FROM THIS ACCOUNT. MY FIRST INITIAL PAYMENT IS $33 AND $66 THERE AFTER FOR MY ENTIRE LAWN.

THE LIME SERVICE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE COMPLEMENTARY PER THE SALES ASSOCIATE. TRUE GREEN CHARGED ME A $100, FOR THE FIRST VISIT. NO ONE CONTACTED ME ABOUT THE PRICE CHANGE.

I ALSO CONFIRMED WITH THEM THAT THEY WILL ONLY COME OUT ONCE PER MONTH.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE OF TRUE GREEN.

Did you confirm with them how you're supposed to spell their? Also, this MUST be true because it is in all caps.
