There is NO WAY TO CONTACT ACTUAL TECHNICIAN IN YOUR TOWN. I paid in advance for a tree service in early January througfh a call center.
I was told I would be contacted within 5-6 days by the local guys to schedule the service with an eye toward insuring I was here at home for the initial service. When that failed to occur, I called the *** call center again and asked for the local phone number. They would give out the local number, but they apologized for the no show and said I wiuld be contacted NLT 13 Feb 2017. That date came and passed, and I called the *** call center AGAIN.
Once more, they refuse to put me in touch with the local office, but PROMISE one more time that my visit from them will occur either on either 23 or 24 Feb.
I can't yet find anyone to replace this company., but when I DO, they are history. I would LOVE to know WHY they think it helps them to isolate customers from the LOCAL office?
