I happened to be home the day my service tech came. I saw he did not go into my back yard for my shrubs, and I paid for shrub care.

However, on the receipt left on my front door he said he applied it. I called and inquired, and he called me back and said he would be out the following week. This is unacceptable. He has been my tech for 6 months and hasn't done my shrubs once, but yet is saying he did.

Today I plan to ask for my remaining money refunded, silly me, I paid for the whole year thinking this would be great. I plan to cancel service. I will pay for the tree fertilizer which I saw him do, but that's it. Let's see how they handle this.

Yesterday the customer service person said they are coming for the application at "no charge".. really?

You are doing me a favor for something I have already paid for?

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
