Trugreen advertised the first application for 29.95 (or .97?? whichever) Of course they billed the full price of 39.95.
when I called I was told the credit would be applied when the next application was billed. It was not. This has now happened several times and I've called each time. Every time I call, they assure me the next billing will reflect the credit; however, it does not.
The time spent making phone calls is worth more than the 10.00 - but it's the principle of it at this point. It's really very simple - if Trugreen isn't going to charge a price they advertised, then don't advertise the price.
