I purchased my home in Dec 2015 and hired TruGreen to handle the lawn and weeds in Apr 2016. I spent $900.00 and I have to say it was the worst investment I have made.

If I treated my customers like they treat me I would not have customers. I have called them for additional visits to handle the weeds in my lawn and they have tried different applications to no avail. I have talked with customer service supervisor who said we will take care of you and your lawn well they have not yet and they have had 8 months to correct my issues. I was so upset about wasting my money that the customer service rep had a service manager call me back and he assured me he would handle this issue and made an appointment to come out himself on a Saturday so he I waited all day and the manager blew me off, no call, and no show.

This is how TruGreen takes care of their customers. I have a service tech here right now and he tells me he would have the right stuff to use on my lawn but the company does not allow him to carry the liquid mixture of *** killer and fertilizer during the winter....WHAT? they sent out a service tech to treat my lawn with a granular fertilizer only. I have a huge problem with weeds and have since April when they were hired.

I'm so disappointed in this company and service I should receive my money back. I had to call again today and they woman service rep says she is the right one to talk to regarding service issues and explains how lucky I am. Lucky? Bottom line she tells me she is going to get the service manager to call me back to make an appointment to handle my lawn.

REALLY? I have been through that and was blown off before by the service manager. I can see no one at Trugreen gives a *** about customer service or wants to take care of a customers needs because he I am.....$900.00 and the poorest service I have received. I Have experience poor service from a few companies like Sprint and Comcast and I rate Trugreen right there at the bottom.

I will reconsider where my money goes this coming spring. I'm also sure they will not do anything to salvage this account.

What a WASTE OF MONEY. Do not try Trugreen unless you like throwing money out the window and like getting frustrated each time they come out.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $900.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

TruGreen Cons: Poor service i received.
