Dear David Alexander (CEO of TruGreen),

My name is Tom customer number 700291****. To reach you is nearly impossible, so now I plan on reaching out to various social media and blogs.

I have gone through 3 months of bad service, dozens of phone calls, duplicate charges to my credit card. My lawn is spotted crab grass and weeds. I didn't receive calls as requested to unlock the back gate, but I'm still charged full price. I canceled the service.

Today I received a $65.95 charge for a service that was never performed under an account that was canceled under confirmation number 8105****. Please look me up in your system.
