Horrible company. I switched from other company to them because they offered me a better deal.

I had them (Trugreen) for more than a year and when I started to notice that my grass wasn't looking good I decided to call them to notify it. What they did was to offer me another service at no charge. But they never checked what the problem was. The situation got worse to the point that I started to have huge patches with no grass at all and every time I called to notify it they did the same thing, sending for another treatment service.

After dealing with the situation for months I decided to cancel it. They offered me to send a manager to my house to see what the problem was but the manager never showed up. Months after my cancellation a business representative, Michael Wyant, went to my wife's office to offer their services and when my wife told him about our problem with Trugreen he asked her if we were offered to put sod in those areas because they supposedly have a warranty that cover those situations even if they have to put sod. My wife told him that they NEVER said or offered something like that every time we called to inform them about the problem.

He told her to let him see what he can do for her. A few weeks later, Ashley Walker, called us offering us to renew the service back and we also explained to her our disappointment with Trugreen. She decided to referred us to the area manager, Matt Elliot, to see if he can help us. They offered me to come to my house and inspect and test the soil and they got to the conclusion that the problem it wasn't their fault that it was that my soil was infected with a type of fungus.

I told him that technically it was Trugreen's fault because if I was paying for a professional service to keep my grass healthy and every time I complained with the way my grass was looking they never performed that test on my soil so I was their fault, they should've been more responsible with the treatment of my lawn. Matt Elliott understood our frustration and complaint and told me to send him pictures of my lawn to see what he can do for us. I sent him the pictures to him via text message and two months passed and he never got back to me so I decided to call Ashley Walker to ask her why he hasn't call me back with a decision and she told me that they can't do anything.

WHAT A RESPONSIBLE WAY TO HANDLE A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT. So, they're not only not getting my wife's office business but neither I'm going to renew the service for my house.
