We purchased the shrub and lawn service and paid annually. Our lawn and shrubs were deterioating so I put in a call to Tru-Green in February. The service manager asked us to give him a month to correct the issues. We have given them three months.
I again called the service manager to discuss this issue. Never recieved a call back. Meanwhile, I received a bill for 61.00 and 67.90. Why was I receiving bills when we paid annually???
On July 17, 2015 I called and cancelled my service with Tru-Green. On July 20, 2015 I received a message on my machine that Tru-Green would be out to service our lawn. I called and explained that I did not want them out here since I cancelled my service on July 17, 2015. I have requested that we receive a full refund of services that we paid for in Sept.
2014. Since our lawn looks worse than when we hired Tru-Green.???? Tru-Green did not live up to their part of the contract. We will be contacting Corp office ans well as their partner company.
